The Risk Demands list provides search, sorting and advanced filtering so you can quickly find the demands that matter, understand your risk posture, and group requests effectively.
1. Overview
The toolbar at the top of the Risk Demands page offers three complementary tools:
- Search bar: free-text search across demands.
- Sort toggle: switch between the default order and alphabetical order.
- Filter button: the funnel icon opens the "Filter Risk Demands" drawer with detailed criteria. A counter on the button shows how many filters are active.
A "Limit" selector controls how many demands are shown per page.
2. Sorting
By default, demands are listed with the most recently modified first. Click the sort button to cycle through A-Z (ascending) and Z-A (descending) order, then back to the default.
3. Searching
Type in the search bar to find demands by RAD ID, title or tag. Click outside the search box to run the search; matching demands are displayed immediately.
4. The filter drawer
Click the funnel button to open the Filter Risk Demands drawer. Select any combination of criteria, then click Apply Filters; use Clear Filters to reset every selection.
Available criteria:
- Date range: filter by creation and due dates over a specific period.
- Due Dates Overdue: only demands past their due date that are not yet completed, cancelled or rejected.
- Filter by tag(s)
- Demand Type: Classic, System or Third Party.
- Demand Status: the macro stages of the workflow (Draft, Awaiting Acceptance, In Progress, Pending Closure, Completed, Rejected, Cancelled).
