Shared catalogue vocabulary is managed in Databases → Configuration. Personal account details and authenticators are available through My profile.

Each guide explains the scope and save behaviour of its area. Some switches apply immediately; other editors collect pending changes. Check the active workspace, read the result and verify the affected workflow after a material change.
