Evidence connects a statement, assessment or decision to supporting material. Attach a file or a link to the record it concerns, then use Evidences to find and review that material across the workspace.
This chapter explains how to attach evidence from a source record and how to use the central library. It also covers provenance, permissions, storage and unavailable sources. The library keeps the relationship to the original item visible so a reviewer can understand what the material supports.
Choose material that is relevant to the scope and period being assessed. An attachment's existence does not establish that it is complete, current or sufficient; those judgments remain part of the review.
