Use Search remediation plans, the sort control and Filter to find work by deadline, status, difficulty or ownership. Rows per page and the page controls determine how much of the matching list is displayed.
Choose a working set
The filter panel applies changes immediately. It includes:
- Status: Open, Pending validation, Completed or Cancelled.
- Lifecycle: Active only.
- Due horizon: Overdue, Today, Next 7/30/90 days, Later or No due date.
- Implementation difficulty: Low, Medium or High.
- Owners: selected workspace members or Without an assigned owner.
Advanced filters adds creation date, completion date, due-before date and evidence presence. Use Clear all to reset filter selections.
Interpret the result
The register summary separates status totals from overdue work. Pending validation can also be overdue, so the overdue count can exceed the number of open plans alone.
A responsible person and additional owners are different assignments. Check both when investigating unowned work rather than assuming one ownership filter proves that a delivery lead is present.
Use the Overdue summary action for a quick backlog view. Review the date and current status on each selected plan before following up, and clear the search separately when returning to a broader list.
