1. Overview
A demand that has been Completed, Cancelled or Rejected is terminal and read-only. If you need to resume it, for example to adjust a risk or a remediation plan, you can restore it. Restoring reopens the demand and returns it to work; its full status timeline is preserved.
2. Restore the demand
- Open the demand from the Risk Demands list.
- Click the status chip to open the Demand Status drawer. On a terminal demand, the drawer keeps the timeline visible and offers the remaining actions.
- Click Restore Demand, then confirm.
On success, a "Demand restored successfully" notification is shown and the demand returns to an active status, where work can continue and the usual workflow actions apply again.
Note: Restoring a cancelled demand also resumes the risks and remediation plans that were cancelled with it. Use restoration deliberately: for a genuinely new concern, prefer creating a new demand so each assessment cycle stays traceable.
