Once the analysis of every risk is ready, the assessment is handed to the requester so they can provide their risk response. How this happens depends on whether your workspace enforces a review workflow.

1. Workflow not enforced

No formal hand-over is required. The requester and the team share visibility on the demand, so risk responses can be recorded directly and the demand completed when the work is done.

2. Workflow enforced

Under an enforced workflow, the analyst formally sends the finished analysis to the requester:

  • Open the Demand Status drawer from the status chip.
  • Click Send for Risk Response.
  • Optionally add a message to the requester describing what was assessed or changed, then confirm.

The status becomes Awaiting Risk Response. From this moment the full demand, including the risk assessment, becomes visible to the requester, and this visibility is permanent: the result of a demand is the analyst's work, so once shared it stays shared through completion.

Note: Sending for risk response is also the analyst's end action: under an enforced workflow the demand cannot be completed before the requester has provided their risk response. If the round was started by mistake, the analyst can take the demand back with Cancel Response Round, which returns it to In Progress.
