Choose Statistics in the Risks header to review the register's overall position. The summary and distribution charts describe the register scope available to you; matrix filters provide an additional local view.

Start with the summary

The top tiles show total risks, open risks, overdue reviews and open risks without a response. Selecting a tile opens the corresponding filtered register view. Check the resulting scope before interpreting the list.

Inspect the matrix

Select Inherent risk, Current risk or Target risk. The matrix uses the workspace's configured cells, labels and colours. Select a cell to see the risks placed there and open a specific record.

The matrix's own Filter menu includes open risks only, risks without a response and individual response choices. These controls affect the matrix view; they do not redefine every whole-register summary on the page.

Only assessments with a usable placement can appear in the relevant matrix. A difference between the plotted count and the register total must not be treated as low exposure or as proof that the other assessments are complete.

Compare responses and classifications

Risk response separates Mitigate, Avoid, Transfer, Accept and No response. Risk distribution lets you choose a profiling dimension to inspect its recorded classifications.

When a risk is selected, its exposure comparison shows the inherent, current and target results side by side. The target describes an intended state. Use the underlying assessment and remediation evidence to evaluate whether the current state has improved.
