Use Search risks, the sort control and Filter to narrow the register. Filters work on the records available through your workspace access.

Select the relevant criteria

The current filter panel provides status, current and target risk bands, accountable risk owners, response choices, periodic review and risk taxonomy. It also includes system and third-party scope.

Useful signals include Without an accountable owner, Without a risk response, Review overdue, No schedule and Periodic review is not required. These describe different gaps or explicit exceptions; absence of a review schedule is not the same as a recorded decision that review is unnecessary.

Interpret the counts

Choice counts are labelled as counts across the register. Selected filters determine the visible result; do not assume each displayed facet count already reflects every other selected filter.

Selections apply without the old Apply Filters step. Use Clear all to remove filter selections, and clear the search separately when broadening the whole query.

Understand scope relationships

System and third-party criteria follow the risk's parent demand scope. They do not imply that a risk was independently assessed against every service or asset belonging to the linked record.

Risk-band filters use the configured matrix assessment. Unassessed risks are not automatically assigned to the lowest band. Combine scope and ownership filters with a review of missing assessments when preparing a complete backlog.
