Under an enforced analyst workflow, submission places a demand into intake for an authorised reviewer. Check its purpose, scope, priority, due date and supporting material before accepting the assessment.

Accept

Open View status, choose the acceptance action and review its confirmation. Acceptance moves the demand into In progress, where authorised assessors can add risks and develop the analysis.

Request information

Choose Request information, explain exactly what is missing in Message, and confirm. A message is required. The requester receives the clarification request and can update the demand during that information window.

After the requester sends the updated information back for review, inspect the changes before accepting or asking again. Under an enforced workflow, requester editing is stage-dependent; it is not continuously available throughout intake.

Reject or cancel

Reject a request during intake when it should not proceed, and record the reason. Cancellation applies when stopping work in other supported stages. Review any confirmation that lists linked risks or remediation plans before proceeding.

Do not use deletion as a substitute for a documented intake decision. The actions displayed by the current demand reflect your role and its stage.
