Identifying your third-party providers and partners is a crucial step in ensuring supply chain security. Creating a third party in CSFaaS takes a few seconds: you start with just a name, then document the relationship progressively.

1. Add a Third Party

  1. Open the Third Parties module from the left menu.
  2. Click the Add Third Party button (the "+" icon at the top of the third parties list).
  3. In the drawer that opens, enter a clear and recognisable Third Party Name.
  4. Click Add to confirm.

CSFaaS automatically assigns the new third party a unique reference (for example TP_000001) and adds it to the list.

2. Next Steps

A newly created third party only carries its name. Select it in the list and complete its record across the details tabs (Information, Data Classification, Related Systems, Complementary Information), as described in the next page.

Note: creating third parties requires the Third Party Management permission. If the action is unavailable, contact your workspace administrator.
