The Risk Registry provides search, sorting and advanced filtering so you can navigate the registry efficiently and focus on the risks that matter most.

1. Sorting and searching

  • Sorting: by default, risks are listed most recently modified first. The sort button cycles through A-Z and Z-A order and back to the default.
  • Searching: type in the search bar to find a risk by its RSK ID; click outside the search box to run the search.
  • A Limit selector controls how many risks are shown per page.

2. The filter drawer

Click the funnel button to open the Filter Risks drawer, pick your criteria, then Apply Filters (or Clear Filters to reset). Criteria are grouped in five sections:

  • General: Status (Open, Closed, Cancelled).
  • Risk Levels: Current Risk Levels and Target Risk Levels ranges.
  • Ownership & Response: Risk Owner, Risk without owner, Risk Response, No Risk Response.
  • Threat & Risk Taxonomy: Security Domain, Business Attribute, Risk Category, Threat Origin, STRIDE Threat Action, Threat Vector, Threat Action, Threat Actor, Threat Actor Motivation, Victims Quantification.
  • Scope: Systems and Third Parties. Risks are not linked directly to systems or third parties; these criteria filter risks by the systems and third parties attached to their risk demand.

Tip: Combining a risk-level range with "Open" status is the fastest way to build a view of your highest live exposure.
