The systems list can grow quickly. Three tools at the top of the list keep it manageable: search, sort and multi-criteria filters.
1. Open the Filter Drawer
Click the Filter Systems button (the filter icon at the top of the systems list). A drawer opens with a search field and the filtering options, grouped in collapsible sections. A badge on the button shows how many filters are currently active.
2. Search and Sort
The search field at the top of the drawer matches the System ID or Name. Independently of filters, the Sort button next to the filter icon orders the list by Name (A to Z or Z to A) or by display code (the SYS reference).
3. Available Filters
Every filter is a multi-select: pick one or several values per criterion.
| Section | Criteria |
|---|---|
| Status & Assessment | System Status, Criticality, Risk Assessment Status |
| System Info | Region, Functional Domain, Business Unit, Internet Facing, Environment Stage, Operational Status |
| System Details | Architectural Domain, System Domain, System Type, System Accessibility, System Management, System Hosting, Cloud Type, Cloud Stack Components |
| Recovery | Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO) |
Note: a criterion only appears when its field is enabled in your workspace framing settings and its catalogue has values configured.
4. Apply or Clear
Click Apply Filters to run your selection: the list shows only the matching systems. Click Clear All to reset every criterion (including the search) and return to the full list.
