Once you have created or imported your policy structure, day-to-day management happens directly in the policy tree and the details panel.
1. Edit a Policy
Select the policy and open Edit policy to update its Displayed policy code, Policy name and Policy description, then click Save changes. The description is rich text and supports live co-editing.
2. Organise the Tree
- Add: use the + button to create new policies, categories, subcategories and controls where you need them.
- Reorder and move: drag and drop elements to reorder or restructure; invalid moves are flagged immediately, and confirmed moves are applied when you click Save in the save bar.
- Delete: remove an element from its More options menu; children are deleted with it after confirmation.
3. Set Maturity Levels
Open Maturity Progress on the policy to set current and target maturity levels (Not Defined to Optimized) with descriptions, optionally applied to all sub-elements recursively.
4. Assign Owners
- Click the Owners icon on the policy.
- Select one or several members, optionally applying ownership recursively to the underlying elements.
- Click Save Changes.
5. Evidence, Comments and Share Links
Attach Evidences (files or links), discuss through Comments, schedule Periodicity Reviews, and generate expiring Share links for people outside the workspace. Evidences and internal comments belong to the confidential layer, so policy viewers do not see them.
6. Stay Aligned with Your Frameworks
When a linked framework changes, the Framework Updates button alerts you with the number of pending changes so you can review and adapt the affected policies.
Note: every policy carries a permanent registered code (e.g. P_00001) alongside its editable display code, ensuring uniqueness and traceability in your environment.
