Tracking control progression shows how far each control's implementation has come, and rolls up into your policies and frameworks so the whole organisation sees the same picture.
1. Set the Completion Progress
- Open the control (from the Policies tree or the Controls page).
- Go to the Evaluation tab.
- In Completion Progress, set the implementation level from 0 to 100 percent.
- In the Justification field, record the reasons or evidence supporting this level.
- Click Save Changes.
2. Where Progress Shows Up
- In the policy tree: each control displays its completion percentage, and categories and subcategories show the average completion of their controls.
- On the Controls page: completion appears on every control and is a filter dimension, so you can isolate controls below a threshold.
- In your frameworks: the Control Progression section of each linked framework element aggregates the completion of its linked controls, feeding the framework's Controls Completion.
Tip: review completion levels during your periodicity reviews, so the justification stays current with the actual state of the control.
