The Direct review process removes mandatory analyst-response and assurance approval rounds. It retains drafting, submission, assessment, status tracking and the workspace's normal access controls.
Submit and assess
Create the draft and complete its information. Use View status → Submit for review when ready. Submission alerts the configured audience and moves the demand into intake.
An authorised handler can accept the demand and begin assessing its risks. If information is missing, use Request information and explain what the requester should clarify. The requester updates the demand during the available information window and returns it for review.
Record the outcome
Assess the identified risks, document any response decisions and create appropriate mitigation work. Direct review does not require the formal Send for risk response handoff used by an enforced analyst workflow.
When the assessment work is finished, use the completion action offered by View status and review its confirmation. Outstanding-risk warnings need a deliberate decision; completion of the demand is separate from implementation of every remediation plan.
Only actions permitted by your role, record access and the current stage are available. Direct review is a workflow choice, not unrestricted access for every workspace member.
