Open your avatar in the top-right header and select My profile. This page applies to your account across all workspaces. Workspace membership and permissions are managed separately in Settings → Members and Settings → Roles.
Update personal details
Use the edit control beside your first name, last name or country. Keep each field change, then select Save changes in the page's save bar. Discard abandons those unsaved account changes.
The email address is your sign-in identity and is read-only here. The avatar uses your initial and a solid colour. Select Change icon colour, choose a swatch or enter a valid six-digit hexadecimal colour, then Save icon colour. That colour save takes effect separately from the page's name and country changes.
Change language or appearance
Open the account menu to choose English, Français or Español, and Light, Dark or System appearance. These are your display preferences. Changing the interface language does not translate text that people have entered into workspace records.
Set up two-factor authentication
- In Two-factor authentication, select Set up two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the manual setup code in that app.
- Enter the current six-digit verification code and select Verify and activate.
- Save the backup codes when they are displayed. They are shown once; keep them somewhere you can access if you lose your authenticator device.
The authenticator becomes active after verification succeeds. Check the resulting status before leaving. If activation succeeds but backup-code generation fails, use the displayed recovery action to regenerate the codes.
You can add another authenticator. Removing an authenticator requires a fresh code from that authenticator; removing the last one disables two-factor authentication. These security actions apply immediately and are not waiting for the profile's page save.
Understand backup codes
Each backup code can be used once. Regenerating codes replaces the previous set. Using a backup code at sign-in resets two-factor authentication by removing the existing authenticators, so enrol a new authenticator after recovery. It is not an ordinary substitute for a current authenticator code.
Request account deletion
The Danger zone contains Request deletion. Review the consequences and required confirmation carefully. A successful request schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period; the page displays the scheduled date and offers cancellation during that period. Reassign responsibilities before the account is removed.
This action concerns your account across workspaces. To manage membership in one workspace, use that workspace's settings instead. Check the displayed result after requesting or cancelling deletion; a failed request does not establish a new schedule.
