Use in a programme
Set a clear scope and review the full set of measures and assessment criteria. Assign accountable people, document implementation and preserve evidence that reviewers can trace to the assessed systems and activities.
A strong aggregate score does not establish that every required measure or assurance condition has been met. Resolve gaps and exclusions at the level where the official method requires them to be assessed.
