CSFaaS supports passwordless email sign-in and Continue with Google. Use the email address associated with your account or workspace invitation.
Sign in by email
- Open the CSFaaS sign-in page and enter your Email address.
- Choose Continue with Email.
- Open the verification email and enter its six-digit code in Verification code.
- Choose Verify & Continue and wait for the sign-in result.
Use Change Email if the address is incorrect. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and wait until Resend Code becomes available. Follow any retry countdown instead of requesting many codes in succession.
If a code is rejected, check all six digits or request a fresh code. Do not share a sign-in code with someone offering to help you access your account.
Continue with Google
Choose Continue with Google, select the intended Google account and complete the provider's sign-in flow. Check the account carefully if the browser has several Google sessions. After returning to CSFaaS, complete any additional verification requested for your account.
Complete two-factor verification
If your account has an authenticator enrolled, CSFaaS asks for a six-digit Authenticator code. Open your authenticator app, enter the current code and choose Verify. This is separate from the email code used for passwordless sign-in.
If the code is rejected, use the current code displayed by an enrolled authenticator and check your device's clock. If the app cannot load or verify your authenticators, use Try again or contact support. An unavailable verification service does not remove the verification requirement.
Recover with a backup code
Choose Use a backup code instead only when you need the recovery flow and have a saved code. Read the consequences before continuing: using a backup code removes your enrolled authenticators, spends that backup code and requires you to set up two-factor authentication again from your profile.
Enter the complete code and choose Reset two-factor authentication. If the app says the code was accepted but the reset did not finish, do not submit that code again; it has already been used. Follow the recovery message and sign in again when instructed.
After successful recovery, open your profile, enroll an authenticator again and store the new backup codes in your approved secure location.
If sign-in cannot finish
| Message or symptom | Next step |
|---|---|
| Too many codes requested | Wait for the displayed retry time |
| A sign-in link does not work in this browser | Return to email sign-in in the browser you intend to use and request a fresh code |
| Authentication service unavailable | Retry when the service can be reached; repeated code requests do not resolve a service outage |
| Sign-in succeeded but the handoff remains on screen | Use the displayed manual continuation action |
| You signed in but cannot access a workspace | Check the account and invitation; ask the workspace administrator to verify membership and access |
Signing in establishes your account session. Workspace membership and record permissions determine what you can access afterward.
