A workspace contains one organisation's records, members, roles and configuration. Your account can belong to several workspaces, with different permissions in each. Confirm the workspace name at the top of the left navigation before making changes.

Switch to another workspace

  1. Select the current workspace name in the top-left corner.
  2. Choose a workspace from the list. A check identifies the current selection.
  3. Wait for the destination workspace to load, then confirm its name and available modules.

Switching does not require signing out. A record link from another workspace may be unavailable in the current selection; select the correct workspace before searching for it. Your personal profile and sign-in identity apply across workspaces.

Create a workspace

Open the workspace selector and choose New workspace. The app checks your creation allowance. If the action is disabled, read the accompanying explanation; an unavailable allowance check and a reached limit require different follow-up.

Use the guided setup to name the workspace, describe its purpose and choose the proposed starting configuration. Check the enabled capabilities before creating it. You can subsequently review the configuration in Settings → Framing.

A real workspace starts with its own data. Do not expect records from a demonstration or another client workspace to be copied into it. If a workspace is marked Demo, use it to learn the workflows before entering your organisation's records.

Invite members and assign permissions

Use Settings → Members to manage membership and Settings → Roles to define permissions. An organisation chart or job title does not automatically grant application access. Review the roles assigned to each member and the record ownership or workflow assignments needed for their tasks.

Seat usage, subscription terms and limits are shown in the relevant billing screens. Check those values before inviting a team or changing a subscription; a workspace creation allowance is separate from the number of members in a workspace.

When a workspace cannot be opened

Read the access message shown for that workspace. A removed or held membership, suspended access and a temporary loading failure are different conditions. Follow the displayed contact or recovery action. Creating another workspace does not restore access to the original organisation's records.

Before leaving a workspace, review the separate confirmation and its consequences in Settings → General. Switching away from a workspace does not leave or delete it.
